Econnecta is committed and prides herself in the offering of high quality products and excellent customer service that meet and exceed customer satisfaction. Econnecta is aware that, for one reason or another, there may be a time when customers may have to return something they have bought. Econnecta recommends that customers check their items carefully before usage or installation. Econnecta adheres strictly to the industry standard in this regard.

It is Econnecta’s policy not to refund money for goods bought from the online shop except in a situation where refund becomes inevitable. This shall be determined by the circumstance in question. Under the Distance Selling Regulations, customers have the right to cancel their order for any item purchased on the company website for a full refund. This does not apply to items personalised or made to your specification; audio/video recordings. This shall only be applicable if delivery has not commenced. Nevertheless, Econnecta returns policy allows a customer to return and have a defective item exchange for another after purchase; provided the following conditions are met.

    The item in question must still be within the warranty period. For the purpose clarity, all Econnecta brand new items are covered by a 1 year warranty unless otherwise stated. While all refurbished laptops are covered by a 6 months warranty unless otherwise stated.

    The customer bears the cost of shipment to Econnecta

    The receipt and invoice must be provided which should correspond to the serial number of the returned item.

    The item must not suffer any material damage by the customer

    If the customer has had the product up to 1 year Econnecta advises the customer rather to embark on repair as the company will not in position to push for exchange based on the warranty structure of these goods.
