1. Can I change or cancel my orders?

Customers may change or cancel orders (within 24 hours) before they are fully processed and delivered by emailing orders@econnecta.co.uk with their order No., order Date, and email address at time of purchase. Econnecta expects customers to take responsibility to ensure they make the right orders. In events where changes to orders are made when orders have been fully processed or being delivered, customers will incur logistics and administrative charges. For cancelled orders, administrative charges apply and customer should allow 2 weeks for processing refund.

2. How long would it take before I receive my orders?

Standard shipping of orders take 4 – 6 working days from date of transaction. Econnecta aims to achieve over 96% of shipping target. If for any reason there seems to be a likelihood of a perceived or real delay due to external factors and circumstances, the affected customer will be duly informed at every stage until delivery.

3. What happens if a wrong product was delivered to me?

Econnecta is a responsible and customer oriented company. In an event where a wrong product delivery is reported and established, Econnecta will take full responsibility to express her apologies to the affected customer and thereafter arrange delivery for the right product and pickup of the wrong product. However issues like this will be absolutely rare as Econnecta ensures due care in processing orders to ensure optimal satisfaction.

Products are covered for loss, theft, and damage until delivery.

Econnecta requires customers to register before making payment. Econnecta uses the information to administer requests, deliver products and services, process payments, interact with customers about orders, leverage promotional offers, update and maintain customers’ accounts, display content such as wish lists and customer reviews, and recommend merchandise and services that might be of interest to her customer.

12. Who holds my card details and what happens after I make a purchase?

Card details are used by our trusted payment partners (Paypal, Money Bookers UK, and Interswicth Nigeria) for the sole purpose of processing payment for orders. Econnecta uses customer information for purposes such as responding to customers’ requests, customising future shopping for customers, improving Econnecta online store, and to communicate with customers.
